Recently, social media, especially TikTok, is busy with the trend of the Jagat Coin, namely the game of hunting for coins using the Jagat application

Recently, social media, especially TikTok, has been abuzz with the Jagat Coin trend, a game that involves hunting for coins using the Jagat application and exchanging them for prizes.
This game is only available in major cities in Indonesia, including Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, and Bali. To play, you must first download the Jagat.oi application.
Afterward, players can follow the instructions on the app to find gold, silver, and bronze coins that are hidden somewhere and exchange them for prizes worth up to IDR 850 thousand.
Unfortunately, several netizens have reported that this game has caused numerous problems, such as the destruction of public facilities in the search for the coins.
Responding to this issue, the Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs, Meutya Hafid, stated that her team will conduct a further in-depth study.
“I have also received many DMs from friends. We have coordinated with the Deputy Minister of Komdigi, Angga Raka, to follow up on this application. I have just received the input, so we will study it first,” Meutya told the media on Monday, January 13.
