Injective Protocol Announces the Launch of a New Validator by KDAC, a Leading Korean Digital Asset Custody Service

Korean digital asset custody service, KDAC, has launched a new validator to support and operate the Injective network, according to an announcement by Injective Protocol on Monday.

Notably, KDAC’s participation in the Injective network is aimed at enhancing the security and scalability of the network. The company joins other prominent validators on the network, including NTT Digital and Galaxy Digital.

Injective Protocol is a decentralized exchange (DEX) protocol built on the Cosmos SDK, offering advanced cross-chain trading capabilities. Key features of Injective Protocol include:

1. Decentralization: On the Injective platform, users have full control over their funds, with no third-party involvement in the trading process.

2. Cross-chain trading: Injective supports trading between different blockchains, providing users with a wide range of tradable assets, including both native and synthetic assets.

3. High performance: Injective utilizes the Tendermint consensus system, ensuring high throughput and low transaction latency, which are crucial for a DEX.

4. Gas-free transactions: Users can trade on Injective without the need to pay gas fees, thanks to the unique architecture of the protocol.
