HashKey Group, a leading end-to-end digital asset financial services provider in Asia, has announced a major milestone. The group's subsidiary, HashKey MENA FZE, has received In-Principle Approval (IPA) from the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA).

Digital asset financial services provider HashKey Group has announced its subsidiary, HashKey MENA (FZ) has received In-Principle Approval from the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) for its Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license application.
This approval will allow HashKey to provide Virtual Asset Exchange Services and Virtual Asset Broker-Dealer Services in Dubai, targeting retail, qualified, and institutional investors once it obtains the final approval for its VASP license.
The approval will also enable HashKey OTC, HashKey Group’s over-the-counter trading arm, to offer its regulated services in the Middle East. HashKey Group is known for its compliance-first approach, ensuring a secure and user-friendly environment for digital asset trading.
HashKey Group is already licensed in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Bermuda, and Ireland, with a VASP registration. The company is also applying for a MiCA license in Europe.
These licensing efforts demonstrate HashKey Group’s commitment to operating in compliance with local regulations as it expands globally.
Recently, HashKey Group also received VASP approval from the Central Bank of Ireland on January 7, 2025. This approval will allow the group to broaden its services and presence in Europe, adhering to global regulatory standards.
