A second-layer network can be placed on top of an existing blockchain, for example, Ethereum or Bitcoin, to increase its speed and scalability. As for the second-level network from Hamster Kombat, it will be created on the basis of TON.

The project team hopes that their network will attract developers who work in decentralized finance and blockchain gaming.
