Hackers recently targeted World Liberty Financial co-founder Zach Witkoff, using his X account to promote a fake meme coin. The meme coin, called BARRON, was named after the President's son, Barron Trump. However, his daughter also had to deny all association with an IVANKA meme coin.

The BARRON meme coin scam is just the latest in a string of political meme coin scams that have been targeting crypto investors. These scams are typically designed to capitalize on the popularity of a particular politician or public figure by creating a fake meme coin that is named after them.
