An international push to promote pro-crypto regulation has officially gone global. The "Stand With Crypto" campaign—initially launched in the U.S. and backed by Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong—is now active in Australia, the United Kingdom, and Canada.

Global Pro-Crypto Campaign Expands to Australia, UK, and Canada

An initiative to encourage pro-crypto regulation has expanded to Australia, the United Kingdom, and Canada.

The ‘Stand With Crypto’ campaign—which counts Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong among its chief backers—is now active in four nations.

The move comes as governments in these nations are entering key phases of shaping their digital asset legislation. Australia, in particular, is a priority for the campaign due to high crypto adoption rates and a lack of clear regulation, according to campaign organizers. They are urging citizens to directly engage with their lawmakers.

“We need your help to Stand With Crypto and ensure that Australia's lawmakers pass laws that promote crypto innovation,” organizers wrote in a statement.

The campaign's visuals for Australia feature a shield embedded with the national flag, symbolizing defense of the country's crypto future.

Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong announced on social media that the Stand With Crypto campaign has officially expanded its reach to Australia, Canada, and the UK.

Armstrong described crypto users as an influential “voting block” in democratic countries, capable of impacting future elections and policy decisions.

"If enough of us coordinate, we can ensure that the laws are written to support innovation," Armstrong said.

According to the latest campaign data:

The campaign's next phase will focus on expanding grassroots efforts in Canada and the UK, where lawmakers are also considering major crypto regulation updates.
