Even amid crypto market turbulence, young investors from Gen Z are diving deeper into digital assets.

Young investors are digging in deeper to crypto despite market volatility, a recent report has found.
The generation that grew up with the Great Recession and now faces a volatile economic landscape is also the generation that is most likely to be investing by 2025.
According to recent statistics, around 84% of Gen Z investors acknowledge the risks involved in crypto investing. However, despite this awareness, nearly 65% still intend to invest in crypto in 2025.
This stands in contrast to older generations, where only 53% of Gen X and 44% of baby boomers plan to invest in crypto this year.
This difference in investment plans may be attributed to younger investors' greater familiarity with technology and their preference for platforms that offer fractional shares, minimal fees, and educational tools to guide their investment decisions.
Gen Z investors are also more likely than older generations to invest in non-traditional assets such as NFTs and real estate crowdfunding. This generation is known for blending innovation with investment strategies.
Moreover, many young investors are drawn to crypto for its potential and role as an alternative to traditional financial systems. They value the accessibility, decentralization, and alignment with their tech-first mindset.
Financial advisor Tyrone Ross Jr. encourages new investors to stay focused on learning and planning for the long term. He highlights the importance of avoiding high fees and short-term investment schemes.
Success in the investment world comes from understanding the space and avoiding common pitfalls, not from chasing the latest trends.
