To do this, the game has launched a new campaign called “Crash the Runiverse,” which will be live until January 18, 6 a.m., Philippine time.

What’s the significance? The campaign will let players farm airdrop points while helping the game identify the features that need improvement.

About ‘Crash the Runiverse’ Campaign

It is simply stress-testing for the game’s servers to see if it can already handle massive amounts of activities from a large number of players.

“The goal is simple: stress-test our servers to their absolute limits and try to crash them,” said Forgotten Runiverse.

“If our servers do crash, we will identify the points of failure and improve them for the next test. We will continue this process until our servers are able to withstand the massive influx of players during our global launch.”
