This 2-euro coin should be worth 1.5 million euros

A man in Croatia is trying to sell a 2-euro coin for 1.5 million euros, or a house in the front row to the sea. He says the coin is an "ultra-rare" German special embossing, which he received personally by football star Luka Modrić.
The coin is a 2007 German special embossing to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Roman contracts. It is exceptionally rare and comes in new condition.
The seller is also open to alternative forms of payment, such as gold or silver in the appropriate value. He would also accept an object if it is located in the front row to the sea and has more than 100 sqm of living space. It can be a villa, holiday apartment, or condominium. They can also agree on a possible surcharge.
The 2-euro commemorative coin "50 years of Roman contracts" from 2007 was spent together by all countries participating in the euro zone at the time, each with a national side. Around 31,500,000 pieces were made in Germany. The total circulation of all countries was around 87 million.
The motifs are the same for all countries - only the country name or the language varies. It was also made in the high-quality mirror gloss/pp set, but in a significantly lower edition for collectors. There is no known official misunderstanding of this coin in Germany.
This coin is not completely uncommon and comparable copies for 4 to 8 euros change the owner in common online offers - in exceptional cases for a few hundred euros.
