If you’re building a crypto portfolio from scratch, Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC), Solana (CRYPTO: SOL) and Hyperliquid (CRYPTO: HYPE) are “must-haves,” said Altcoin Sherpa, a widely-followed trader on Tuesday on his Substack.
Meme coins like TRUMP (CRYPTO: TRUMP), Dogecoin (CRYPTO: DOGE) and Fartcoin (CRYPTO: FARTCOIN) could also be worth considering, the trader further noted.
Sherpa added he doesn’t see many alternatives worth holding in the current market climate.
Sherpa teased an important upcoming level for Bitcoin in a recent tweet, alluding to the $105,000 level as pivotal for Bitcoin.

Bluntz Capital noted Solana’s pullback has created a new structure and predicts Solana is now primed for a new all-time highs.
Femto XBT highlighted HYPE as a standout token due to its strong fundamentals, driven by its role as a decentralized exchange (DEX) token.
Key drivers include airdrops for staking rewards, daily buybacks and its position as a high-performance chain token in this bull run.
His recommended buy levels are at $20, $15 and $11.
Cold Blooded Shiller sees bullish potential for TRUMP, noting a divergence forming just below the $32 resistance.
A reclaim of $32 could mark a more sustained bottom for the meme coin.
Meanwhile, trader Hoeem shared that while he’s accumulating today, he distributed heavily last week.
Ongoing whale accumulation is adding optimism to Dogecoin’s outlook.
