Crypto Strategist Pentoshi Predicts Rallies for Lido DAO (LDO) and Ondo Finance (ONDO) Amid Upcoming Catalysts

Pseudonymous trader Pentoshi tells his 847,800 followers on the social media platform X that he thinks the Ethereum (ETH)-based automated staking service Lido DAO (LDO) is gearing up for a steep move up.

Cryptocurrency trader Pentoshi is keeping a close eye on two altcoins that he believes could be poised for rallies in the coming weeks.

The strategist, who boasts over 847,000 followers on Twitter, recently shared his analysis on Lido DAO (LDO) and Ondo Finance (ONDO).

According to Pentoshi, LDO is setting up for a strong move higher, especially if there are any announcements regarding the approval of ETH staking in spot ETFs.

LDO price is now appreciating quickly and seems to be pricing this in.

If you believe ETH staking will be approved, then LDO is likely a great bet.

Pentoshi’s chart shows that he’s keeping an eye on $3.612 for LDO. At the time of writing, LDO is valued at $1.95.

Next up is Ondo Finance, a decentralized protocol that aims to tokenize real-world assets (RWAs).

According to Pentoshi, the upcoming ONDO Summit 2025, which is set to take place on February 6th, could lead to some short-term price action for the crypto asset.

BlackRock’s CIO will be speaking and they have many connections there that will likely lead to some speculation short-term.

Price could potentially go up leading into the event, then a sell-the-news dump on whatever news it may be.

Might be a good short-term play.

The trader also adds that he’s planning to sell his remaining ONDO stack ahead of the event.

At the time of writing, ONDO is trading at $1.29.
