At the Crown Jewel PLE in Saudi Arabia, Liv Morgan defeated Nia Jax to win the Women’s Crown Jewel Championship. While Cody Rhodes later defeated Gunther
At WWE Crown Jewel 2023, history was made as Liv Morgan and Cody Rhodes became the inaugural Women’s and Men’s Crown Jewel Champions, respectively.
In a hard-fought match, Morgan emerged victorious over Nia Jax to claim the Women’s Crown Jewel Championship. Later in the evening, Rhodes closed out the show by defeating Gunther in the main event to win the Men’s Crown Jewel Championship.
However, as announced by Triple H prior to the event, the champions were required to leave their titles in Saudi Arabia. In lieu of the physical championships, they received magnificent rings to commemorate their accomplishments.
Following Rhodes’ title victory, Triple H presented the Crown Jewel Championship rings to Morgan and Rhodes. As Morgan couldn’t contain her joy, Rhodes proudly accepted the ring and shared a handshake with The Game.
WWE announcer Michael Cole also revealed that the rings featured 175 pave set diamonds, totaling 1.91 karats.
In other news from the event, The OG Bloodline squared off against The New Bloodline in a Six-Man Tag Team Match. Surprisingly, Solo Sikoa pinned Roman Reigns to secure the win for his team.
