In a significant administrative reshuffle at Waluj MIDC Police Station in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, the Crime Investigation Team, commonly known as the DB Squad, has been dissolved.

Announcing the move, officials at the police station confirmed the dissolution of the Crime Investigation Team and revealed that all officers will now be required to be in official uniform during their respective duties.

The decision to disband the DB Squad and mandate officers to wear their uniform at all times is part of broader efforts to introduce greater transparency, discipline, and accountability in policing.

This administrative reshuffle also brings new beat assignments for key officers at the Waluj MIDC Police Station.

The new beat assignments and responsibilities are as follows:

- Mohatadevi beat: API Arvind Shinde, with PSI Sandeep Kale, Ganesh Giri, Jaibhay, and Constables Patil, Iname.

- Vadgaon Kolhati beat: API Manoj Shinde, with PSI Kakad, Vaishnav, Ban, and Constables Randhe, Toke and Gaikwad.

- Ranjangaon Shenpunji beat: API Geete, with Sub-Inspectors Abuj, Patharkar, Sheikh, and Constables Nagare, Sagare, Gobade.

Furthermore, warrant execution will be undertaken by constable Vinod Nitanware, Cyber Desk operations will be handled by Sachin Bhadarge, and measures for prevention will be carried out by constable Sardesh Kache.
