Binance has flagged ten altcoins for increased scrutiny, placing them on its Monitoring Tag list due to heightened volatility and risk.

Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, has put ten altcoins under review and placed them on its Monitoring Tag list. These tokens are now at risk of being delisted from Binance.
The exchange explained that the decision to tag these tokens for monitoring comes with the possibility of them no longer meeting Binance’s listing standards during the review period. The tagged tokens will be periodically assessed for sustained compliance, considering factors such as development activity, liquidity, and community support.
The ten crypto tokens that Binance has tagged for monitoring are: Ardor (ARDR), Biswap (BSW), Flamingo (FLM), LTO Network (LTO), NKN (NKN), PlayDapp (PDA), Perpetual Protocol (PERP), Viberate (VIB), Voxies (VOXEL), and Wing Finance (WING).
Following the announcement, the prices of these assets dropped significantly, with some falling by double digits. Among the notable price changes, LTO experienced a decline of 12%, while the smallest decrease was seen in NKN, with a reduction of 2%.
In other news, Binance has removed Jupiter (JUP), Starknet (STRK), and Toncoin (TON) from its Seed Tag list. This move signifies that these projects have progressed beyond the early development stage and no longer fall under the category of "risky assets."
To further mitigate risk, Binance will require users who trade high-volatility tokens to complete a risk awareness quiz every 90 days. This step aims to ensure that traders are aware of the potential challenges associated with these assets.
These updates are part of Binance's commitment to maintaining a safe trading environment by periodically reviewing and updating its listed tokens. As the cryptocurrency market evolves, Binance will continue to evaluate and adjust its listing policies accordingly.
