Binance, a major cryptocurrency exchange, has announced its support for the upcoming Kava (KAVA) network upgrade. This upgrade will result in the temporary suspension of deposits and withdrawals on the Kava network.
The network upgrade is set to occur at block height 12,766,500, which is estimated to be around 15:00 UTC on November 21, 2024. Binance will be suspending deposits and withdrawals on KAVA starting at 14:00 UTC on the same day.
During this period, trading of KAVA tokens will not be affected on Binance. The exchange will handle all the technical requirements for the upgrade to ensure a smooth transition for its users.
After the upgrade, Binance will be monitoring the upgraded network and resume deposits and withdrawals once the network is deemed stable. However, no further announcements will be made regarding the reopening of these services.
