Barcelona Earns $1 Million in Seat Sales, Preserving Camp Nou's Legacy

Spotify Camp Nou Seat Sale Generates Million-Euro Revenue for FC Barcelona

Barcelona, Spain - FC Barcelona has successfully concluded the sale of approximately 4,000 old seats from the Spotify Camp Nou stadium, generating a remarkable revenue of one million euros. This sale was met with overwhelming enthusiasm from fans, who were eager to acquire a piece of the club's history.

The sale was exclusively offered to Spotify Camp Nou subscriber members before being opened to non-subscribers and the general public. During the pre-sale period, subscribers had access to three unique seat design options ranging from 99 to 299 euros. The sale ran from October 26 for subscribers, November 14 to 27 for non-subscribers, and was then made available to the general public.

To express gratitude for their loyalty, FC Barcelona provided subscribers with a 50% discount voucher for purchasing the club's second kit for the current season at the Barça Store. This offer included printing, and was valid only during the month of May.

Prior to the conclusion of the previous season, the club implemented a computerized system to assign permanent seats to all subscribers at the Spotify Camp Nou. This innovative approach enhances the stadium management process and ensures that every subscriber has a designated seat.

FC Barcelona Memorabilia Project

As part of its commitment to preserving its legacy, FC Barcelona has launched the FC Barcelona Memorabilia project, offering fans exclusive items related to the Spotify Camp Nou. These unique memorabilia are available exclusively at the Barça Store and on the club's official website.

Fans can now own a piece of the stadium's original turf in three different formats: wood, methacrylate, or as a scale reproduction of the Spotify Camp Nou. Additionally, an exclusive edition of the original net from the two goals at the stadium, numbered and framed in wood, is up for sale.

Ethical and Sustainable Diamonds

In a groundbreaking initiative, FC Barcelona has created a collection of ethical and sustainable diamonds sourced from the carbon of the grass used in the final game of the previous season against Mallorca on May 28, 2023. These diamonds are accompanied by an NFT, which authenticates their origin and offers exclusive rewards and experiences through blockchain technology.

This innovative approach aligns with FC Barcelona's commitment to sustainability and its recognition of the importance of preserving its history and legacy for future generations.
