Lisbon, Portugal - The European Banking Authority (EBA) has announced that two esteemed executives from Banco de Portugal and the Bank of Spain will address delegates at its upcoming EBAday 2023 conference.

Rosalino Lourenço, a Board Member of Banco de Portugal since 2014, will share his expertise in various aspects of central banking operations, including markets and reserves management, money issuance, payment systems, information technology, accounting and financial control, and innovation management.

As a member of the European Central Bank's (ECB) High Level Group on the Digital Euro, Lourenço will provide valuable insights from both a national and European perspective on this transformative payment innovation.
