Arkham Intelligence Partners With Sonic Labs to Bolster DeFi Transparency and Security
Feb 06, 2025 at 01:03 pm
This collaboration is designed to integrate Arkham’s suite of intelligence features into the Sonic platform. Users will now have access to advanced functionalities
Blockhain analytics firm Arkham Intelligence has announced a new partnership with Sonic Labs, a layer-1 blockchain that went live on December 18, 2024.
The collaboration will see Arkham’s suite of intelligence features integrated into the Sonic platform, providing users with advanced functionalities like entity and address tracking, real-time alerts, comprehensive dashboards, and visualization tools.
This integration is set to bolster transparency and security for those engaging with Sonic’s decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
Sonic, an Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)-compatible layer-1 blockchain, has been gaining substantial momentum since its launch. Over the past month, the network’s Total Value Locked (TVL) has increased dramatically, surpassing $200 million and reaching a total of $250 million across its DeFi ecosystem.
Sonic hosts a wide array of DeFi projects, including lending protocols like Silo and Avalon, decentralized exchanges like Beets and WAGMI, and yield aggregators like Beefy Finance. This growth reflects the increasing popularity of Sonic’s platform within the rapidly evolving decentralized finance space.
The partnership between Arkham Intelligence and Sonic Labs is designed to enhance the overall user experience by improving the transparency of transactions and the security of interactions within Sonic’s DeFi ecosystem.
Arkham’s analytics tools, which are known for their robust tracking and visualization capabilities, are expected to provide users with deeper insights into blockchain data, making it easier for them to track addresses, entities, and any potential risks.
By incorporating these tools into Sonic’s platform, the partnership aims to improve the security and trustworthiness of transactions and protocols.
This collaboration with Sonic Labs follows a similar partnership that Arkham Intelligence established in December 2024 with the Sui Network.
Arkham integrated its blockchain data into the Sui Network’s analytics platform, enabling users to access advanced blockchain intelligence tools.
Additionally, this partnership also involved the Walrus Protocol, a decentralized data storage solution developed by Mysten Labs. These efforts indicate Arkham’s strategic approach to expanding its analytics services and partnering with major blockchain and DeFi networks to support the growing demand for transparent and secure blockchain data.
