Leading Dogcoins Dogecoin (CRYPTO: DOGE) and Shiba Inu (CRYPTO: SHIB) reported a 9% gain and 5% loss over the past seven days, respectively.
Cat-themed coins Popcat (CRYPTO: POPCAT) and cat in a dogs world (CRYPTO: MEW) reported 12% gains each over the same period.
Large Solana Purchases For Goat Meme Coin: On-chain analysis firm Lookonchain highlighted significant purchases of GOAT using Solana (CRYPTO: SOL) from Binance.
A new wallet holder withdrew 32,695 SOL, valued at $5.49 million, from Binance and used the funds to purchase 6.95 million GOAT at an average price of $0.43 each on Wednesday. The trade also included purchases of Gigachad (CRYPTO: GIGA) and Fwog (CRYPTO: FWOG).
Another tweet highlighted an anonymous buyer, who withdrew 14,409 SOL (equivalent to $2.41 million at the time of the transaction) from Binance for buying GOAT.
The buyer spent 10,313 SOL, valued at $1.72 million, to purchase 4.5 million GOAT at an average price of $0.383 per coin, leaving 4,096 SOL (valued at $682,000) unspent.
The large purchase of GOAT by an anonymous buyer demonstrates a strong interest in the meme coin, which could potentially influence other investors and cause a ripple effect in the crypto market.
