AI Tokens Market Cap Surpasses Apple, as NVIDIA's Stock Price Triples in 2024

On Tuesday, reports showed the market cap of Nvidia surged to $3.43 trillion as against the $3.4 trillion of Apple. Its shares have also tripled in 2024, thanks to the confidence of investors who believe that its dominance in the GPU and AI market is set to continue.

The AI Token Surge

NEAR, for one, has jumped by 13.70% in the last 24 hours and is trading at $4.18 at the moment. This marks a dip of 4.63% over the last 7 days. The collective market cap of AI tokens now stands at $33.92 billion, out of which NEAR commands a slice of $5.12 billion.

Another factor that is helping propel NEAR and other AI tokens is the US Presidential election projections, which show Donald Trump leading the race with 267 electoral votes, inching closer to the majority mark of 270 that would virtually make him the President of the United States.

FET, the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance, has surged by 22.64% and is followed by INJ with a rise of 22.43%. Both AI tokens are part of the few top gainers in the segment.

FET is trading at $1.40 – on a mission to reach $2 by year-end. INJ is at $20.54, which could translate to a price of $22.63 eventually. This would be a jump of 28.56% from its current value amidst a volatility of 5.99%.
