How to Receive Bitcoin on PayPal

Step 1: Create a PayPal Account

If you don't already have one, create a free PayPal account at www.paypal.com.

Step 2: Enable Cryptocurrency Feature

  • Log in to your PayPal account.
  • Click on "Settings" in the top-right corner.
  • Under "Account Preferences," click on "Cryptocurrency."
  • Turn on the "Enable Cryptocurrency" toggle.

Step 3: Add a Bitcoin Wallet

  • Click on "Add a Wallet."
  • Select "Bitcoin."
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to create a Bitcoin wallet.

Step 4: Receive Bitcoin

Once you have a Bitcoin wallet set up on PayPal, you can receive Bitcoin by sharing your wallet address with the sender. The sender can use any Bitcoin wallet or exchange to transfer Bitcoin to your address.

Step 5: Withdraw Bitcoin

If you wish to withdraw your Bitcoin from PayPal, you will need to convert it to your local currency first.

  • Go to the "Cryptocurrency" page.
