Does MetaMask Accept BEP20 Tokens?

3. Custom Network Configuration
However, you can manually add the Binance Smart Chain network to MetaMask to access and manage BEP20 tokens. Here's how:

Enter the following network details:
- Network Name: Binance Smart Chain Mainnet
- New RPC URL: https://bsc-dataseed1.binance.org:443

4. Token Import
Once the Binance Smart Chain network is added, you can import BEP20 tokens into your MetaMask wallet:
- Click on the "Assets" tab in MetaMask.
- Click "Import Tokens".
- Select "Custom Token".
Enter the following token details:
- Token Contract Address: The address of the BEP20 token's smart contract.
- Token Symbol: The symbol of the BEP20 token (e.g., BNB for Binance Coin).
- Token Decimal: The number of decimal places used by the BEP20 token.
- Click "Add".
5. Conclusion
By following these steps, you can access and manage BEP20 tokens on the Binance Smart Chain using MetaMask. MetaMask, however, does not support BEP2 tokens, which are based on the Binance Chain.
