How to Connect MetaMask from PC to Mobile

Step 1: Open MetaMask on Your PC

Launch the MetaMask extension or software on your desktop.

Step 2: Click on 'Account'

Locate the "Account" tab on the left-hand menu and click on it.

Step 3: Select 'Connect to Another Wallet'

Scroll down and find the option "Connect to Another Wallet." Click on it.

Step 4: Choose 'Mobile Wallet'

On the pop-up menu, select "Mobile Wallet" to initiate the connection.

Step 5: Install MetaMask Mobile (if not installed)

If you don't have the MetaMask mobile app installed, you will be prompted to download it from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Install the app and create a mobile wallet.

Step 6: Scan the QR Code

After installing the MetaMask mobile app, open it and tap on the three-line menu icon at the top left. Select "Scan QR Code."

Step 7: Scan the QR Code from Your PC

Go back to your PC and locate the QR code displayed in the MetaMask extension or software. Position your mobile device to scan the QR code.

Step 8: Confirm Connection

On your mobile device, tap on "Connect" to confirm the connection with your PC.

Step 9: Verify Successful Connection

Once confirmed, the mobile wallet will be displayed in the "Connected Wallets" section of your MetaMask extension or software on your PC.

Additional Tips:

Ensure that your PC and mobile device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network for a seamless connection.
If you encounter any issues, make sure your MetaMask extension or software and mobile app are up-to-date.
You can disconnect your mobile wallet from your PC anytime by clicking on the "X" icon next to the connected wallet in the "Connected Wallets" section.
