How do Bybit users use Web3 wallets?
Bybit users can conveniently trade on the exchange by connecting their Web3 wallet, such as MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, or Trust Wallet, following a simple process of installation, wallet connection, funding, deposit, trading, and withdrawal.

- Create a Bybit Account:If you haven't already, create a Bybit account at www.bybit.com.
- Install a Web3 Wallet:Download and install a Web3 wallet such as MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, or Trust Wallet. These wallets provide a secure way to store your digital assets and interact with decentralized applications.
- Connect Your Wallet to Bybit:Go to the Bybit website, log in to your account, and navigate to the "Derivatives" page. Click on the "Deposit" button and select "Crypto." Choose the cryptocurrency you want to deposit, and a pop-up window will appear asking you to connect your wallet. Follow the prompts in the pop-up to grant Bybit access to your wallet.
- Fund Your Wallet:Once your wallet is connected, you can fund it with the cryptocurrency you selected. You can transfer funds from another crypto exchange or purchase cryptocurrency directly from the wallet using a credit/debit card or other payment method.
- Deposit to Bybit:Once your wallet is funded, you can deposit the cryptocurrency into your Bybit account. Navigate to the "Derivatives" page and click on the "Deposit" button. Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit and enter the amount you wish to transfer. Confirm the transaction in your Web3 wallet.
- Trade on Bybit:With the cryptocurrency deposited into your Bybit account, you can now trade on the exchange. Navigate to the "Derivatives" page, select the contract you want to trade, and enter your order parameters. Execute the trade, and your order will be filled based on market conditions.
- Withdraw From Bybit:When you're ready to withdraw your funds from Bybit, navigate to the "Derivatives" page and click on the "Withdraw" button. Select the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw and enter the amount you wish to transfer. Confirm the transaction in your Web3 wallet.
- Bybit supports a variety of Web3 wallets, including MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Trust Wallet, Ledger, and SafePal.
- When connecting your wallet to Bybit, choose the correct network. Bybit uses the Ethereum network and Polygon network.
- Bybit may charge a small transaction fee for deposits and withdrawals.
