How to Add CORE to MetaMask

CORE is a scalable, secure blockchain that is fully compatible with Ethereum. This makes it possible to interact with CORE decentralized applications (dApps) and tokens using MetaMask, a popular cryptocurrency wallet.

Step 1: Obtain CORE tokens

Purchase CORE tokens on a crypto exchange such as KuCoin or Gate.io.
Transfer CORE tokens to a wallet that supports the CORE chain, such as Coinbase Wallet or Trust Wallet.

Step 2: Add CORE network to MetaMask

Open MetaMask and select "Settings."
Click on "Networks" and then "Add Network."
Enter the following details:
- Network Name: CORE
- New RPC URL: https://explorer.corechain.org/rpc
- Chain ID: 103
- Currency Symbol: CORE
- Block Explorer URL: https://explorer.corechain.org

Step 3: Import CORE tokens

Copy the CORE token contract address: 0x02f0ac99422ad22e324a738ea61fb5c1f324424c
In MetaMask, click on the "Import Tokens" button.
Select "Custom Token" and paste the CORE token contract address.
Click on "Add Custom Token" to import CORE tokens.

Step 4: Add CORE to Home Screen

Go to the MetaMask home screen and click on "Manage Assets."
Search for CORE and toggle the switch to "Visible."
CORE will now appear on your MetaMask home screen alongside other assets.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with adding the CORE network or importing CORE tokens, try clearing your MetaMask cache or reinstalling the extension.
Ensure that you are using the correct contract address for CORE tokens.
If you still experience problems, refer to the MetaMask support documentation or join the CORE community on social media for assistance.
