How to Verify Your Bitget Account

  1. Log in to your Bitget account.
  2. Click on the "Verification" tab.
  3. Select the type of verification you want to complete. There are two types of verification: identity verification and address verification.
  4. Identity Verification

    • Provide your personal information. This includes your full name, date of birth, and country of residence.
    • Upload a copy of your government-issued ID. This can be a passport, driver's license, or national ID card.
    • Take a selfie of yourself holding your ID.
  5. Address Verification

    • Provide your address. This includes your full street address, city, province, and postal code.
    • Upload a copy of a utility bill or bank statement. This must be a recent bill or statement that shows your name and address.
  6. Submit your request.
  7. Bitget will review your request. This may take up to 24 hours.
  8. Once your account has been verified, you will be able to access all of the features of Bitget.
