How to Reset KuCoin 2FA

Log in to your KuCoin account

Visit the KuCoin website and enter your username and password to log in.

Go to the Security Settings

Click on the "Security" tab in the top navigation bar. Then, select "Two-Factor Authentication" from the left-hand menu.

Disable 2FA

Click on the "Disable Two-Factor Authentication" button. You will be prompted to enter your Google Authenticator code. Once you enter the code, click on "Disable Two-Factor Authentication" again.

Re-enable 2FA

Once your 2FA has been disabled, you can re-enable it by clicking on the "Enable Two-Factor Authentication" button. You will be prompted to scan a QR code with your Google Authenticator app. Once you scan the code, click on "Enable Two-Factor Authentication" again.

Update Your Backup Recovery Codes

It is important to update your backup recovery codes in case you lose your phone or cannot access your Google Authenticator app. To do this, click on the "Backup Recovery Codes" tab and follow the on-screen instructions.

Store your backup recovery codes in a safe place.
