How to Cancel an Order on OKXStep 1: Open the OKX Website or App

Go to the official OKX website or open the OKX app on your device.

Step 2: Sign In and Navigate to Open Orders

Sign in to your OKX account.
Click on "Orders" in the top menu.
Select the "Open Orders" tab.

Step 3: Identify the Order You Want to Cancel

A list of your active orders will be displayed.
Locate the order you wish to cancel and check its status.

Step 4: Check the Order's Cancellability

If the order status is "Unfilled" or "Partially Filled," it can be canceled.
If the order status is "Filled," "Canceled," or "Expired," it cannot be canceled.

Step 5: Cancel the Order

Click on the "Cancel" button for the desired order.
Confirm the cancelation by entering your account password.
Click "Confirm Cancel."

Additional Notes:

Once an order is canceled, it will be removed from your Open Orders list.
Canceled orders cannot be reinstated.
If you encounter any issues while canceling an order, please contact OKX customer support.
