How to Enable Hedge Mode on Bybit

How Hedge Mode Works

To understand how hedge mode works, let's consider a simple example. Suppose you have bought 1 BTC at a price of $10,000. If the price of BTC rises to $11,000, you have a profit of $1,000. However, if the price of BTC falls to $9,000, you have a loss of $1,000.

If you had enabled hedge mode, Bybit would have automatically created a new position that sold 1 BTC at a price of $11,000. This means that if the price of BTC rises to $12,000, you would still have a profit of $1,000. However, if the price of BTC falls to $9,000, your loss would be reduced to $2,000.

How to Enable Hedge Mode on Bybit
