Countries that Cannot Use ByBit

1. United StatesThe United States is one of the main countries that cannot use ByBit. The exchange is not licensed to operate in the U.S. and does not comply with the Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) regulations.

2. CanadaCanada is another country where ByBit is currently not available. The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) has issued a warning against the platform, stating that it is not authorized to operate in the province.
