How to change the payment code of Dubai OKX

To enhance security, OKX users can change their payment code from within their account "Settings" by navigating to "Security" and updating the "Payment Code."

How to Change Your Dubai OKX Payment CodeStep 1: Log into Your OKX Account

Visit the OKX website or open the OKX mobile app.
Enter your email address and password to log in.

Step 2: Click on "Settings"

Once logged in, click on the "Profile" icon in the top right corner of the screen.
In the drop-down menu, select "Settings."

Step 3: Navigate to "Security"

In the left-hand menu, select "Security."
Click on the "Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)" tab.

Step 4: Change Your Payment Code

Scroll down to the "Payment Code" section.
Click on the "Change" button.
Enter your old payment code and create a new one.
Click "Confirm" to save your new payment code.

Note: Your new payment code must be 6-20 characters long and can include letters, numbers, and symbols.

Additional Information:

Your payment code is used to protect the security of your OKX account.
It is recommended to change your payment code regularly, especially if you suspect any unauthorized activity.
If you have forgotten your payment code, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Payment Code?" link on the 2FA settings page.
