How to Change a Bitget PasswordStep 1: Log into Your Account

Access the Bitget website (https://www.bitget.com) or mobile app.
Click on "Sign In" in the upper right corner.
Enter your registered email address or phone number and password.

Step 2: Go to Security Settings

Once logged in, hover over your profile name in the upper right corner and select "Account & Security."
Click on the "Change Password" option.

Step 3: Verify Your Identity

A two-factor authentication (2FA) code will be sent to your registered email address or phone number.
Enter the code in the provided field to verify your identity.

Step 4: Enter Your New Password

Create a new, strong password that meets the following requirements:
- Minimum of 8 characters
- Uppercase and lowercase letters
- Numbers
- Symbols

Step 5: Confirm Your Password

Re-enter your new password in the confirmation field.

Step 6: Save Changes

Click on the "Change Password" button to confirm and save your new password.

Tips for Choosing a Strong Password:

Use a unique password not used for any other accounts.
Avoid common words or phrases.
Include special characters (!@#$%^&*) and numbers.
Consider using a password manager to generate and store secure passwords.
