How to Cancel a P2P Order on KuCoinStep 1: Log In to Your KuCoin Account

Open the KuCoin website or mobile app.
Enter your username and password to log in.

Step 2: Navigate to the P2P Marketplace

Click on "Trade" from the top menu bar.
Select "P2P" from the leftサイドバー.

Step 3: Find the Order You Wish to Cancel

Select the "Orders" tab in the P2P marketplace.
Locate the order you want to cancel under the "Ongoing" tab.

Step 4: Cancel the Order

Click on the "Cancel" button next to the order.
Confirm the cancellation by clicking "Confirm Cancel" in the pop-up window.

Step 5: Wait for the Cancellation to Process

The cancellation process will take a few minutes.
Once completed, you will receive a confirmation message.

Additional Notes:

You can only cancel orders that are in the "Placed" status.
You cannot cancel orders that have been partially or fully filled.
Once an order is canceled, it cannot be reinstated.
