Bybit's identity authentication process involves completing personal information and uploading official documents for verification, granting enhanced trading limits and exclusive account features upon approval.

Step 1: Visit the Bybit Website
Navigate to the Bybit website (https://www.bybit.com/) and click on the "Register" button.
Step 2: Create an Account
Enter your email address and choose a password. Accept the terms of service and privacy policy. Click "Register" to create your account.
Step 3: Verify Your Email
Open your email and check for the verification link sent by Bybit. Click on the link to activate your account.
Step 4: Complete Identity Authentication
After verifying your email, Bybit requires you to complete identity authentication for security purposes. Click on "Verify Now" to begin the process.
Step 5: Choose Authentication Method
You have two options for identity verification:
- Kyc Lite: Provides basic verification without submitting any documents. Limits trading to 2 BTC per day.
- Kyc Pro: Requires you to submit government-issued ID and proof of address. Allows trading up to 100 BTC per day.
Step 6: Enter Personal Information
Provide your full name, date of birth, and country of residence.
Step 7: Upload Proof of Identity
For Kyc Pro, upload a clear image of your passport, national ID card, or driver's license.
Step 8: Upload Proof of Address
Provide a utility bill, bank statement, or other document showing your current address.
Step 9: Submit Your Application
Review your information carefully and submit your application. Bybit will review your documents within 24 hours.
Step 10: Identity Verification Status
Once your application is approved, your account will be fully verified. Check your status by clicking on "My Profile" > "Verification."
Additional Notes:
- Bybit requires you to re-verify your identity every two years.
- Providing false or fraudulent information may lead to account suspension or other consequences.
- By completing identity authentication, you gain access to higher trading limits, exclusive features, and enhanced security measures.
