How to Sell Ethereum on Ledger Live
1. Connect Ledger to Ledger Live
Connect your Ledger hardware wallet to Ledger Live by using the provided USB cable. Enter your PIN on the Ledger device to unlock it.
2. Sell Ethereum
- Click on the "Sell" tab in Ledger Live.
- Enter the amount of Ethereum you want to sell.
- Select a destination currency (e.g., USD, EUR).
- Choose a payment method (e.g., bank transfer, debit/credit card).
3. Confirm Transaction
- Review the transaction details carefully, including exchange rates and fees.
- Send the Ethereum from your Ledger account to the specified recipient address.
- Confirm the transaction on your Ledger device by pressing both buttons simultaneously.
4. Withdraw Funds
- Depending on the selected payment method, you may need to provide additional information for the withdrawal.
- Once processed, the funds will be transferred to your designated account.
5. Disconnect Ledger
- Safely disconnect your Ledger device from your computer by ejecting it properly.
Additional Considerations:
- Ledger Live supports selling Ethereum to fiat currencies (e.g., USD, EUR) and other cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin.
- Exchange rates and fees vary depending on the platform and market conditions.
