Introduction to PARSIQ (PRQ) Coin Issuance Price and Quantity

PARSIQ (PRQ) is a blockchain agnostic data network that provides real-time data and analytics to decentralized applications (dApps) and protocols. The PRQ token is the native utility token of the PARSIQ Network. It is used to:

Pay for data access and analytics services on the PARSIQ Network
Stake to earn rewards and participate in network governance
Use as a medium of exchange for purchasing goods and services within the PARSIQ ecosystem

Issuance Price

The issuance price of the PRQ token was set at $0.005 USD during the initial coin offering (ICO) held in June 2019. The ICO raised a total of $3.5 million USD, with 700 million PRQ tokens sold.

Quantity of Tokens Issued

A total of 1 billion PRQ tokens will be issued. The distribution of tokens is as follows:

350 million (35%) distributed during the ICO
280 million (28%) reserved for the team and advisors
100 million (10%) reserved for marketing and community growth
80 million (8%) reserved for partnerships and ecosystem development
25 million (2.5%) reserved for liquidity on exchanges
165 million (16.5%) held by the Parsiq Foundation

Distribution of PRQ Tokens

The 350 million PRQ tokens sold during the ICO were distributed to participants as follows:

20% unlocked at the end of the ICO
40% unlocked after 1 month
40% unlocked after 3 months

The remaining tokens are held by the Parsiq Foundation and will be released over time according to a vesting schedule.

Future Plans for PRQ Token Issuance

The Parsiq Foundation may issue additional PRQ tokens in the future for the following purposes:

To fund further development of the PARSIQ Network
To support the growth of the PARSIQ ecosystem
To reward community members and contributors
To provide liquidity on exchanges

Any future token issuance will be announced by the Parsiq Foundation through official channels, and the terms of the issuance will be transparent and disclosed to the public.
