BONE issuance, capped at 250 million, is controlled by the BONE Committee who adjusts emission rates based on factors including demand and ShibaSwap volume.

Will Bone ShibaSwap (BONE) Coins Be Issued Unlimitedly?

BONE is the native utility token of ShibaSwap, a decentralized exchange (DEX) on the Ethereum blockchain. The total supply of BONE is 250 million, of which 230 million were initially created during the launch of ShibaSwap in July 2021. The remaining 20 million BONE were allocated to the Shiba Inu Ecosystem Development Fund.

BONE is issued through the following mechanisms:

ShibaSwap Rewards: Users who stake liquidity provider (LP) tokens on ShibaSwap earn BONE as rewards. The emission rate of BONE for each LP pair is determined by the BONE Committee, which is composed of members of the Shiba Inu community.
Digging: Users can bury (stake) BONE to earn rewards in the form of other tokens, such as LEASH and SHIB. The emission rate of BONE for digging is also determined by the BONE Committee.
Bury Rewards: Users who bury BONE earn rewards in the form of BONE. The emission rate of BONE for burying is determined by the BONE Committee.

The issuance of BONE is not unlimited. The maximum supply of BONE is 250 million, and no additional BONE can be created beyond this limit. However, the emission rate of BONE can be adjusted by the BONE Committee, which means that the total supply of BONE in circulation can increase over time.

The following factors may influence the issuance of BONE:

Demand for BONE: If there is high demand for BONE, the price of BONE will increase, which may lead to an increase in the emission rate.
ShibaSwap volume: If the volume of ShibaSwap increases, it may lead to an increase in the issuance of BONE, as more rewards will be distributed to users.
BONE Committee decisions: The BONE Committee has the power to adjust the emission rate of BONE, which may impact the supply of BONE in circulation.

The issuance of BONE is designed to be sustainable over the long term. The emission rate is adjusted by the BONE Committee based on a number of factors, including the demand for BONE, the volume of ShibaSwap, and the overall health of the Shiba Inu ecosystem.
