How to View Bitget Contract Rates
Bitget is a leading cryptocurrency exchange that offers a wide range of trading products, including spot trading, futures trading, and options trading. One of the key features of Bitget is its robust contract market, which allows traders to speculate on the future price of cryptocurrencies.
In order to view Bitget contract rates, you will need to create an account on the exchange and log in. Once you are logged in, you can navigate to the "Contracts" tab in the top menu bar.
On this section, select the Perpetual tab. You will see a list of all the available contract markets as shown below. You can filter the markets by the Underlying coin, such as FIL, SOL, LINK, DOT, ADA, etc.
Once you have selected a contract market, you will be taken to the market page. The market page will display the current contract price, the index price, the funding rate, and the order book.
Viewing Historical Contract Rates
In addition to viewing the current contract rates, you can also view historical contract rates using the Market Data tab shown below.
On this page, you can select a time range and a granularity to view historical contract rates. You can also download the historical contract rates as a CSV file.
Viewing Contract Specifications
In addition to viewing contract rates, you can also view contract specifications using the "Specifications" tab shown below.
The contract specifications will provide you with information about the contract's underlying asset, the contract size, the tick size, the minimum price change, and the maximum leverage.
Viewing Open Interest
You can also view the open interest for a contract market using the "Open Interest" tab shown below.
Open interest is the total amount of contracts that are currently open in the market. This information can be useful for gauging the market sentiment and the liquidity of the contract.
Viewing Funding Rates
You can also view the funding rates for a contract market using the "Funding Rates" tab shown below.
Funding rates are paid by traders who are holding long positions to traders who are holding short positions. This helps to ensure that the contract price remains close to the index price.
Viewing the Order Book
You can also view the order book for a contract market using the "Order Book" tab shown below.
The order book shows the current bid and ask prices for the contract, as well as the volume of orders at each price level. This information can be useful for determining the market sentiment and the liquidity of the contract.
