How to Close the Position with Leverage on OKX
OKX allows users to use leverage to increase the potential profitability of their trades. However, it is important to note that using leverage also magnifies the potential losses. It is important to have a close plan before entering any leveraged trade.
Closing a leveraged position:
1. Go to Position List
- Select the ‘Positions’ tab at the top of the homepage.
- Your open positions will be listed in the 'Position List'.
2. Choose the position you want to close
- Find the specific position you want to close.
- Click on the position to open the 'Close Position' panel.
3. Select Close Position
- In the 'Close Position' panel, you can choose to close the entire position or adjust the size of the position you want to close.
- Click on the 'Close Position' button to confirm the action.
4. Check the Confirmation
- A confirmation window will pop up to confirm the 'Close Position' request.
- Verify that the details are correct and click on the 'Confirm' button to complete the process.
