Spanish sales powerhouse Filmax has boarded global sales rights to local comedy “Hotel Bitcoin,” which will get its market premiere screening at the American Film Market in November.

If they can just hold out in a hotel until Monday, they’ll be on top of the world.”

Produced by Ídolo Films, La Canica Films and Golpe de Cripto, the feature stars several Spanish and beyond comedy regulars including Marta Hazas (“My Fault”), Mauricio Ochmann (“Friends Till Death”), Pablo Chiapella (“The Night my Dad Saved Christmas”) and Alejo Sauras (“Estoy Vivo”).
