As part of this investment, Paxos, the leading regulated blockchain and tokenization infrastructure company and the issuer of the Pax Gold (PAXG) token, and WonderFi, the leading Canadian operator of regulated crypto platforms, will each acquire a strategic equity stake in Argo through a private placement at a price of $0.85 per common share. The total proceeds from this investment round will be used to advance Argo's precious metals platform and working capital.
