Silicon Valley Congressman Sam Liccardo has proposed the Modern Emoluments and Malfeasance Enforcement (MEME) Act to stop TRUMP, an exploitative meme coin launched by former President Donald Trump. The bill, which has practically no chance of passing, might be an important milestone.
