Barron Trump and Pharma Bro Martin Shkreli Accused of Creating a Cryptocurrency Scam That Lost Investors Millions

It seems Barron might have let his family lead him astray far earlier than most of us would have imagined possible.

Barron Trump might be involved in the DJT token rug pull.

Last week the DJT token dropped 90% after someone cashed in $2M worth of coin. A single wallet sold $2 million worth of the token earlier Tuesday, causing market capitalization to fall from $55 million to as low as $2 million almost instantly.

The token, launched in December and marketed as the “official” Trump coin, sempat hit all-time highs of $0.21 earlier this month. However, the token’s price has been on a downward trajectory ever since.

On Tuesday evening,сками фармацевтической промышленности Martin Shkreli claimed that he and Barron set up the coin (and that they’re friends and that he advised Barron on where to attend college). I don’t believe any of that is confirmed, but just the yuck factor itself makes me think it has Trump family written all over it.

Speculation on this dates back at least to June. Nevertheless, Shkreli appeared to blame Barron for Tuesday’s price drop. He repeatedly claimed he did not hold any DJT tokens and did not share access to the private keys that controlled its liquidity pools.

“Ask Barron, i don't have the keys or any tokens,” he claimed in an X post when asked for comment alongside a graph showing the token’s price drop.

“I helped make it with understand (sic) it was the official trump token, not that this would happen,” he said in a reply to another X post.

I would imagine there might be a fair number of MAGA dupes who might be wondering who yanked out that $2M. Should they be looking to Barron? Who has the keys?

Is this another example of bitcoin fraud? I’m sure the Trump family is hoping this goes better for Barron than it did for the Crypto King. Great documentary on that one by the way.

Hmmm. Maybe this is why Barron dropped out of the limelight that they seemed to be teeing him up for earlier this summer.
